Sea Fish Atlas – mapping the distribution of our marine fish species:

The Sea Fish Atlas aims to map where our marine fish occur. It is geared towards the diving and fishing fraternity and the aim is to obtain records of any fish from anywhere: the deep sea, the nearshore and the coastal and estuarine.
Simply photograph your fish and upload to iSpot. The more observations we get the better our maps will be.

See http://ispot.org.za/Ideal_Fish what constitutes and ideal observation for fish identification.

The Sea Fish Atlas is a SeaKeys initiative.

If you are participating in this Atlas, please request a Sea Fish Atlas badge here: Badge Please

Please tag your Sea Fish Atlas observations with the tags "SeaKeys" or "Sea Fish Atlas" as you prefer.
