Flowers on their own are insufficient for an ID in the larger Irid groups.

Possibilities:
falcifolia - flowers crowded at ground level, leaves falcate, several (out)
lugubris - plumose styles! (out)
macrocarpa *** but need - not evident in foto: flower small, 1 leaf, capsule long, flowerheads single, terminal.
papilionacea **: but need - not evident in foto: 3-4 leaves at base, branched flowerhead with woolly spathe - but in Cedarberg poorly known, pale yellow with hairs confined to margins.
