Description: A deciduous perennial shrub that can grow up to 15cm high. Stems grows zigzag. The leaves are needle shaped and grows in clusters along the stems, grows in the winter. The small flowers grows in the summer when the leaves are not present. Are light brown with yellow-greenish centre, has brown stripes on the petals. Petals grows slightly backwards with the anther spreading outwards. Fruits are green becoming black, are round and shiny. Has no thorns.
