Very fast flyer seem feeding on fresh antelope dung. Any ideas on the dung producer?

Jesús, please look at these Rhinocoetas

Almost a year ago, Tony posted an observation with Rhinocoeta specimens in his hand. I was convinced that he had two species in one hand, so he duplicated the observation and I made two identifications. Those identifications were not easy, and I shall greatly appreciate your expert opinion on what I have done there.
