flower species?

erica 2
erica 1

I found these rust coloured flowers (florets are tubes in a clustered head) which seem to have been pink before drying out. Erica 1 photo shows this.

Erica 2 looks similar on the surface but seems to be a different species on closer examination.

4 flowers compares shows another pink flower on the extreme right which seems differnt from Erica 1 but which may be the same as Erica 2.

What are they?

Different species

Hi Jonny

As you pointed out, you definitely have more than one species here. The one on the right is Erica coriifolia, and I think it is definitely different from your Erica 2. I'm not sure of what the other species are.

Could you post them all in separate observations? iSpot can only assign one identification to an observation, so for this observation we won't be able to ID below the genus level (as you did).
