Very cute

Has it got a bug?
The pictures look like screengrabs from an animated movie.

I love the way it moves.

It half scuttles, half jumps. It reminds me of a puppy wanting to play. Which ever way I moved, it always turned to face me, making it tricky to get pics of its back.

It did have a bug of some sort, possibly a weevil.

Size

Are those blades of grass? Cos if so, you've got a pretty powerful lens.

Not grass

Some sort of Bulbinella I think. No such luck with a powerful lens. :p This is just from a point-and-shoot and heavily, heavily cropped.
