At first glance, I thought so too.
But it seems those are hairy forelegs, not hairy pedipalps?

Definitely forelegs

You can see a glimpse of the black and white pedipalps in their usual Salticidae position. S. usually has enlarged forelegs, but this thick fur-like hair is unusual. So an interesting ob, whatever it is.
